We accept returns for store credit only. You have up to 14 days to return an item beginning the day the package is delivered.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached(free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear)
- All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
- All accessories including jewelry, shoes, gel petals, bralettes, and masks are FINAL SALE
- Bathing suits are FINAL SALE
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, and if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue a credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
At Chica Chic, we are constantly brining in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. The best way to make sure your desired item does not sell out is to place another order and return your item for store credit. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. Online store credits do not expire.
How To Send Your Returns Back (Store Credit Only)
You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the date you received it. Please include your packing slip/invoice and order # and place it inside the package. Your return will be processed within 2 days of the items being received. You will receive an email with your store credit to use for a future order and online store credits do not expire. If you live in Miami, you may exchange online orders in the store.
